At XDVOL, we are dedicated to providing a premium shopping experience with maximum convenience. To ensure complete satisfaction with your fit and fabric quality, we proudly offer a Same-Day, On-The-Spot Return Policy.
1. Same-Day / On-The-Spot Return Policy
We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their premium apparel immediately upon arrival:
Check in Front of the Courier: Please open your package and check the sizing, color, and product condition in front of the delivery rider.
Instant Handover Return: If the item does not fit perfectly, is not to your liking, or shows any defects, you can hand it right back to the delivery man on the spot.
No Hassle: Returning the item directly with the courier ensures a seamless, immediate return processing without the need to ship items back later.
2. Post-Delivery Exchange Window
If you accept the package from the courier and notice an issue afterward:
You have 3 days from the delivery date to report any manufacturing defects or request a size exchange.
To be eligible for a post-delivery exchange, the item must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and must have all original XDVOL tags and labels fully attached.
3. How to Open an Exchange Ticket
If you need to arrange an exchange after the delivery agent has left:
Log into your dashboard and navigate to the Manages Tickets panel.
Open a new support ticket including your Order Number.
Provide a brief explanation and attach clear photos if the product has a defect.
Our customer service team will review your ticket within 24 hours to coordinate your exchange delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Conditions
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
The item shows clear signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery.
The original clothing tags or inner labels have been detached or discarded.
The request is made past the accepted post-delivery window.
